The duration of the exercise is 60 minutes.

Harmony exercise moves all muscle groups essential for a woman… The purpose of this exercise is to achieve a flexible, harmonious, slim body, stress the muscles of the lower abdomen and the pelvic floor, stretch the spine and strengthen the muscles.
