Hotel Orchidea’s air-conditioned, first class restaurant is pleased to welcome gourmands with Hungarian and international cuisine, including vegetarian and light dishes. The elegant restaurant can seat 300 people and is the most ideal venue for family occasions and business events, receptions, balls or wedding parties. The fantastic world of flavors of our kitchen offers you an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The subdivision of the space, including the gallery, guarantees undisturbed entertainment for separate groups. The ground floor section of the restaurant decorated with stained glass orchids is where the rich buffet breakfasts and dinners are served. Dinner is accompanied by fine live music after 6 pm each night and there is piano music each Sunday at lunchtime. In addition to international and local specialties, our excellent kitchen staff also recommends ‘revised’ Hungarian culinary highlights. Our waiter staff recommends excellent Hungarian wines and genuine fruit palinkas (brandy) to accompany our fine cuisine. From Spring to Fall, you can also spend your meals in an idyllic and romantic outdoor setting above the little creek surrounding the restaurant. Beside our standard menu, our restaurant always has special offers for the current season. On the side gallery, children can hide away after they are done with their launch or dinner in the little mouse hole play area.
Buffet dinner – Half board
From 6 pm each night we await our guests with a rich, all you can eat buffet dinner. You can select from two to three kinds of cold and hot entrees, two to three kinds of soups, four to five kinds of main dishes with appropriate side dishes, and two to three kinds of desserts as well as a great variety of fruits and salads. This buffet dinner is also available for anyone not being our hotel guest.
Buffet dinner discount price: HUF 4400/person Children between the age of 7 and 14 get 50% off of the price of the buffet dinner, making it HUF 2200/person, and children under the age of 7 can eat for free, if parents also take buffet dinner.
